We will assemble and prepare ” Extra thick rice noodles with beef and vegetables”, and we will also learn a tofu variation. This royal court dish dates back to the late 1800s, when commoners rarely had access to beef. Knowing how to make it is special in the US — this is rarely on a restaurant menu, and definitely in the repertoire of Seoul home cooks.
Space is limited to 15 people. We will have a waiting list in case folks drop out.
